Gun Owners of America Supports Lou Barletta for Congress

 Dear Friend of the Second Amendment,

 Rep. Lou Barletta is a stalwart friend of the Second Amendment.  He earned an “A” rating   from GOA for a perfect pro-gun voting record, and for filling out the GOA questionnaire 100% in favor of your gun rights.

Lou’s opponent refused to respond to the GOA questionnaire, leaving us to wonder what anti-gun views he may be hiding.

 When it comes to working for your gun rights, Lou Barletta does not compromise.  “It is my belief that our forefathers were very clear in their intentions when they framed the Second Amendment,” Barletta writes. “They declared that each individual has a constitutionally protected absolute right to firearms”

And Lou is more than just a good vote; he also is pushing for pro-gun legislation behind the scenes.  

 Rep. Barletta is supporting legislation, H.R. 58, which will repeal unconstitutional provisions of the 1968 Gun Control Act.  He is also pushing a bill to overrule an Obama administration decision to block the importation of nearly one million M-1 Garand rifles from South Korea. 

 And Lou joined with Rep. Paul Broun of Georgia on a concealed carry reciprocity bill that respects states’ rights and adheres to the constitutional principle of federalism.

 Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund is proud to endorse Lou Barletta for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 11th District, and I encourage gun owners and sportsmen to stand with Lou in this election as well.
