A gun owner himself, Kerry understands that the Second Amendment protects our individual right to bear arms. He served as the master gunner in his Army National Guard battalion and served our country in two foreign wars, Vietnam and Iraqi Freedom, before suffering a neck injury during a rocket attack. Kerry is also a member of Multi-Lakes Conservation Association and is an avid sportsman.
